The requirements of these call centers are not as strict as other work. As long as you have reached college level and are proficient in a language, preferably English, then you have a shot at making it big in the business.

All in all, the Philippines, especially the urban areas, are a place where competition for jobs occurs. If you are a fresh graduate hoping to succeed in with regards to your career, you should work hard with your academics. Although majority of the things you learn from school are not directly applied with work, these will build your character and give you experience.
